What's your advice on romance?

When I get asked this question, I always give one piece of advice: "create opportunities for potential partners to get to know you".

In a society where men approach women, or where there's courtship stage, "getting to know" phase, or just "started as friends", it always starts with opportunities.

What opportunities? Go out more. Hear people out. Listen to their stories. Converse. Talk.

It may be just a general advice, and "create opportunities" is too broad. To mingle, to get to know more people, to find common interests, to talk... These are creating opportunities.

Complicated advice? Yes.

Simple? Yes.

Doable? Yes, too.
